FOLLOW THE HELP APPLICATION FORMAT

In the past few weeks I have seen many many people just asking to be staff and not taking any time what so ever to read the format or how you are suppose to do this stuff. It is very angering because it wastes everyone's time to comment on these.
If you are new and want to apply for staff then read the format and requirements. This is pissing everyone off.

If you don't follow or aren't qualified to be staff then please don't apply. It wastes everyone's time when you come and say "I want to be staff because I like to help people."

Mhm they most likely know the format as well but they are really just trolling, some of them, not all of them are though.
